VALUE OF EGG TO YOUR LIFE
Research work has shown that more
50% of people eating eggs (Boiled or Fried) are doing so because of the beauty
and taste of eggs not really for the Nutritive Value the Eggs are imbued with.

Egg is life and life is good

1. Carbohydrate 0.6 grams
2. Fat 5.0 grams and
3. Protein 6.3 grams
4. Vitamins: The only Vitamin
that cannot be found in Egg is Vitamin C. All other Vitamins necessary for life
are reasonably available in Egg.
5. Minerals: The edible parts of egg
( White & Yellow) contain most of the minerals necessary for your body and
life. Some of the Minerals present in egg are Calcium, Chloride, iodine, iron,
magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur.
