There are many people scared of taking Egg these days but you need to know that you are doing yourself a lot of havoc by avoiding taking at least an Egg a Day. Study and Research works have shown that taking a boiled Egg daily will enhance your Memory functions a great deal.

Egg is Life

 All living things have their lives originated from Egg. Plant and Animals, big or microscopic in nature all has their source traced to Egg. Therefore one is not wrong to say “Egg is Life”.

Dear reader, your life originated from egg too. There was an egg in your mother which luckily got fertilized by your father’s sperm and eventually led to the life in you. Is Egg not Life?

It is generally and scientifically agreed upon that an egg has about 15,000 porous-breathing holes on the shell.

Whether the egg is fertile or infertile, life is essentially there; and it has all the symptoms of life, such as respiration, brain, feeding ability, etc. There are 15,000 porous-breathing holes on the cover (shell) of an egg. A lot of things can happen through these porous-breathing holes. If these porous –breathing holes are blocked the egg, as a living thing will be deprived of normal breathing and it will eventually die off. If the porous –breathing holes are too big it can lead to other problems.  The holes should not be wide to the extent of allowing influx of dangerous organisms that can destroy the life in the egg.

Whatever be the cause of the problem, an infected Egg is bad egg. One can know a bad Egg via it odour. A bad egg smells s like Hydrogen Sulfide gas. The Egg becomes bad when it begins to rot as a result of change in temperature or infection. High temperature leads to evaporation of water content of the Egg will eventually will lead to its infection.

Ladies and gentlemen, an Egg in you a day a New life in you are therefore implored to know that too much of everything is bad.
